At EFEK, we believe jewelry should be made to last. As part of our commitment to sustainability and conscious luxury, we offer repair, restoration, and re-plating services to help extend the life of your pieces.

Warranty

Every EFEK piece is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch.

If you experience an issue that may be related to a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate solution.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear, including the gradual fading of plated finishes. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Repairs & Restoration

We offer repair and restoration services whenever possible, including structural repairs, stone resetting, and resizing for selected designs.

Each request is assessed individually according to the design, materials, and condition of the piece.

Gold & Silver Re-Plating

Gold and silver-plated finishes may naturally change with wear and time.

EFEK offers micron gold re-plating and silver re-plating services to refresh your jewelry. Depending on the design and materials, changing a piece from a gold finish to a silver finish may also be possible.

How to Request a Service

Please email hello@efekstudio.com with your order details, clear photographs of your jewelry, and a brief description of the issue or requested service.

We will review your request and provide information about available options, estimated turnaround times, and any associated costs.

Shipping costs for repair, restoration, and re-plating services are generally the responsibility of the customer, except where applicable consumer rights require otherwise.
