Craftsmanship & Materials
Each EFEK piece is individually sculpted, cast and finished by hand. Subtle variations are part of the process, making every piece unique.
Our 18K gold-plated pieces feature a minimum plating thickness of 1 micron, with an additional protective treatment. Thicker plating is available upon request at an additional cost.
Natural gemstones may vary slightly in color and appearance.
Personalization & Bespoke
Selected EFEK designs can be personalized with engravings, alternative gemstones, or custom finishes.
Bespoke orders in 8K, 14K, 18K, and 22K solid gold are available upon request. Prices are quoted based on current gold rates.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched twice a week from Milan or Istanbul via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Tracking details are provided by email once your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Personalized and customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. Solid gold pieces are individually made to order; please refer to our Returns Policy for the conditions applicable to these orders.
Jewelry Care
To preserve the beauty of your EFEK jewellery, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions and cleaning products, particularly when wearing gold-plated pieces.
Store each piece separately in its pouch to help prevent scratches and protect its finish.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and chemical jewellery cleaners.
