Shipping & Delivery
Your EFEK order is packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1–2 working days (*) from Milano, Italy.
Some orders may also ship from Türkiye, depending on product type, availability, or production requirements. The shipping origin does not affect delivery quality or tracking.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office or using an online duty calculator before placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges on your behalf.
Tracking
All domestic and international shipments include full tracking. Please make sure to provide your phone number and email address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipping Partners
We ship with our trusted partners UPS, DHL, and FedEx and Italian Post to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and smoothly.

Packaging Options
You may choose to receive your order in an EFEK box and add an EFEK pouch (recommended for gifts). Otherwise, your order will be shipped with either a pouch or a box, depending on the item.
Gifts
Sending a gift? We’ve got you.
If your order is a gift, please leave us a note at checkout or send us a message so we can make sure no invoice is included in the package.
You’re also welcome to include a personal gift note — just write your message at checkout and we’ll handwrite it for you.
For an elevated presentation, you can choose to add an EFEK box and pouch to your order.
* Please note: We do not ship on Sundays or Italian national public holidays.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, depending on the regulations of your country.
These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes.

Made-to-Order & Solid Gold Jewelry
Some of our pieces are made to order, especially our solid gold jewelry, which is crafted individually just for you.
Solid gold and certain special orders will be shipped from Türkiye, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.
If you need your piece sooner, feel free to email us at hello@efekstudio.com and we will do our best to provide expedited production options, depending on availability.
Due to the custom nature of these pieces, solid gold and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
