Repairs & Re-Plating Services
Even outside the warranty period, we are happy to assist with repairs and restoration services whenever possible.
This includes structural repairs, stone resetting (where applicable), resizing for selected designs, and re-plating for gold-plated pieces that have naturally faded over time.
Micron Gold Replating
Gold plating naturally softens over time with wear. We offer Micron Gold Replating to restore your piece to its original finish and shine.
Silver Replating
If you would like to renew the silver finish of your jewelry — or if you prefer to change your piece from gold to silver — we can refresh or adjust its color accordingly.

Shipping costs for repair or re-plating services are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.
