Shipping policy

Every EFEK order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders may be shipped from Italy or Türkiye, depending on the product, availability, and production requirements.

Bespoke and custom-made pieces are produced and dispatched directly from Türkiye and require additional production time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. We work with trusted shipping partners, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Italian Post.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or Italian national public holidays.

Italy

  • Mainland — €10 | 1–3 business days

  • Islands — €10 | 2–4 business days

  • Milan same-day delivery — €10, subject to prior arrangement

  • Milan studio pickup — Complimentary, by appointment

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over €300

For same-day delivery in Milan, please contact us before noon (12 PM, Milan local time) to confirm availability.

European Union

  • Standard shipping — €12 | 2–4 business days

  • Express shipping — €35 | 1–3 business days

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over €300, excluding Malta and certain islands or remote destinations

United Kingdom

  • Standard shipping — €20

  • Express shipping — €38 | 2–3 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard shipping — €20

  • Express shipping — €38 | 2–3 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard shipping — From €20

  • Express shipping — €30–50 | Approximately 2–3 business days

Final shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union are generally not subject to additional import charges.

In certain cases, orders may be dispatched from our production facilities in Türkiye. If additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees arise from these shipments, EFEK will cover the charges. If you are asked to pay upon delivery, please contact hello@efekstudio.com with proof of payment to arrange reimbursement.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Jewelry

Selected EFEK pieces are made to order. Solid gold, bespoke, and custom-made pieces typically require 2–3 weeks of production before dispatch, depending on the design and materials.

These pieces are produced and shipped directly from Türkiye.

Packaging & Gifts

Every order is carefully packaged in an EFEK pouch or box, depending on the piece.

Gift packaging may be requested where available. If your order is a gift, you can leave a note at checkout to request a handwritten message. Pricing information will not be included in the gift package.
